Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the delivery date of your order to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Must contact us first before sending anything back
- Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase: Order confirmation or receipt
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used tattoo products are not eligible for return or refund. Exceptions apply only in cases of manufacturing defects.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can simply contact us use the chat bubble located at the bottom right corner of the website or email us at hi@oopsink.com.au.
If your return is approved:
- We’ll provide return instructions
- A return shipping label will be supplied only for defective or incorrect items
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
Include clear photos or videos of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue and make it right for you.
For approved cases, we’ll cover return shipping or arrange a replacement.
Change of Mind Returns
If you've simply changed your mind or no longer want your order:
- A 15% restocking & processing fee will be deducted from your refund
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Opened, used, or applied tattoo products

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
