Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During launches, promotions, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we promise we’re moving as fast as we can.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Australia: 3–7 business days

  • International: 8–21 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or reach out. We’ve got you.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

  • Re-shipping fees will apply, or

  • A refund (if approved) will exclude original shipping costs and may incur a restocking & processing fee

We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address details.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

OOPS INK. is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier but reported as lost or stolen.

If your order is significantly delayed or missing in transit, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist with the courier investigation — but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds in these cases.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us ASAP with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the item and packaging

We’ll review the issue and make it right for you.

International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
These fees are not included in your order total and are non-refundable.
